Resolved

06/07/2023, 10:13am EDT

We have identified the issue and reverted the root cause of the issue at 10:13 AM Eastern US Time.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We will provide a root cause once it's available.

Root Cause

06/07/2023, 10:14am EDT

06/07/2023, 10:14am EDT

A deployment introduced an issue that incorrectly identified new apps -- causing a conflict in our code preventing the new app’s creation.  We reverted the code to fix the issue.  We have also since corrected the faulty code and deployed to our production environments.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
