Scheduled Maintenance

There will be a scheduled maintenance and testing window for the Intuit Data Center taking place Thursday July 9th between 10:00pm PT and 11:59pm PT. This is to conduct security updates and enhancements on core network devices which will affect connectivity to the billing system used by QuickBase.

During this change, QuickBase will be fully operational; however there will be a period of time (20 minutes total) when customers will be unable to modify their billing plans.

We discovered a problem that has forced us to postpone the June 7th release. Quality and transparency are extremely important to us so we commit to release dates a week in advance so you can plan for the downtime, but we continue to test right up to the end. As can sometimes occur, we found an issue late in the process that we want to make sure gets appropriate testing attention before we release. Rather than rush, we decided to be conservative and hold off releasing to make sure we deliver the high quality you’ve come to expect with QuickBase.

We are continuing to assess the issue and will update you early next week with an updated launch date.
